I understand that it takes quite a bit of courage to contact a stranger and ask them for help with very private emotional issues.

My approach to therapy is to create a place where men and women can develop the skills they require, to handle the problems that are causing them emotional pain.

In our weekly sessions we will work as a team to help you develop the skills needed to learn how to cope with the things that are causing your problems.

CAREER CHANGE

After an international business career in the motion picture industry, I studied and became a psychotherapist and have now been working as a practicing therapist for 16 years

My therapeutic approach is integrative as it is important to find the approach that will work best for each individual client. Together we will work on a set of tools and techniques that will enable you to learn how to live and take control of your distressing thoughts, feelings and emotions.

There will be times when we will be talking about the past and the things that have caused you the pain that has brought you to therapy, but we will primarily be working on your future.

I am a seasoned board-level executive with over 40 years of diverse international business experience that has enabled me to help people of diverse cultural backgrounds. I bring 40 years of international directorships and senior management posts in the entertainment industry, primarily with 20th Century Fox, in the United States, the United Kingdom, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
